WDSA Staff

Pam Walters, Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing the organisation as a whole, on behalf of the Management Committee. Pam would deal with any organisational problems, complaints, development, staff management and funding.

Delia Forster-Cooper, Service Administrator, is responsible for the administration of the service, finance and information systems. She helps to sort out the day to day service problems, orders, payments, documents and a host of other essential things. She is also the person who answers the phone and emails, so will probably be your first point of contact.

Caroline Barker, Sight Aid Project Officer – is responsible for organising and running the Demonstration Days.

Office Hours

The office at Parkside Centre, Leeds Road, Outwood, Wakefield WF1 2PN is open at the following times:-

Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 1.30pm.
Friday – closed.

The offices are attached to the Parkside Methodist Church and are clearly signed on the roadside.

The 110 bus stops right outside. There is parking available in the lay-by outside, in nearby side roads and a large public car park at the nearby Outwood Memorial Hall.
